The Tribute Skateboards crew had a tour planned in Tokyo that had to be canceled for obvious reasons. As part of their tour gear Tribute had made shirts that said “Tribute Takes Tokyo” which they planned on using as promotional items during the tour.
Now, instead, Tribute is selling these tee shirts and donating 100% of the proceeds from each shirt to the Japan relief work that Mercy Corps. is doing. Every little bit helps when it comes to raising both awareness and funds for disasters such as this, and it’s great that Tribute can recycle these shirts from their original purpose into a good deed.
The shirts are available in black, white, or red and can be purchased here directly from the Tribute site. Oh, and by the way, they’re only $10 and are really great-looking. I might be buying one in each color while they’re still available.
